House Card Terms

These terms govern the MigsWax House Card and its store-credit account, operated by MIGSWAX Custom Tailoring (“MigsWax,” “the house,” “we”) at 4615 Avenue du Parc, Montréal, QC. By adding the House Card to your wallet you agree to these terms. Details below (percentages, thresholds and validity periods) are being finalized and may change before launch.

The House Card

The House Card is a free membership card added to Apple or Google Wallet — there is no app to install and no membership fee, ever. One card per person. The card remains the property of MigsWax and may be suspended for misuse or fraud.

The $180 welcome credit

New members receive $180 in store credit when they add the House Card.
Welcome credit is one per person, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred.
It applies toward a full-price MigsWax commission and cannot be combined with a wedding-party free garment on the same item.

Store credit & finishes

Members earn store credit on eligible spend at the house — 9% (House Card), 12% (Ledger, $5,000 cumulative), 15% (Cabinet, $10,000) and 18% (Book, $18,000).
Your finish is set by cumulative spend and its benefits last two years; store credit expires one year from the day it is earned.
Store credit has no cash value, is redeemable only on new full-price commissions, and is void if the account is closed.
Measurements and styles are kept on record for members as a convenience; you may ask us to remove them at any time.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, you agree to receive appointment and account text messages from MigsWax at the number you provide.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to run your account and reach you about your appointments and orders. We do not sell your information. Contact us to access or delete your data.
